How trinity works:

Let’s take an example when a supervisor is visiting the construction site, supervisor gets to know implementation differences. He also notices some more improvement areas. Then he can open the drawing from cloud in ARES Touch and do the markings by new FREESKETCH command and attach a PICTURE by PICTURENOTE command of that area and send the drawing by Email to the approving authority.

Now the approving authority opens the drawing in web browser in ARES KUDO application and do the required changes and save the drawing.

When you are back in the office then you can open the drawing from cloud and see the approved changes. No time is lost, and you have informed authorities and got the approval as well. Now you can update the drawing and share the read only link of the file to the client. The benefit of the read only link of the file is, that this link will be opened in the browser in ARES KUDO. Client can only see the drawing, but neither can do any modifications file, nor he can download the file. Whenever you want you can close the access of view only link, then client will not be able open the link.

We can summaries the steps as below:

User 1 – ARES Touch:

Save the drawing in the Cloud
During site visit, open the drawing in ARES Touch
Use ARES touch unique features to mark the changes
1. FREESKETCH – Create a free sketch over the drawing
2. Picture Note – Add a picture with note, either by clicking or from the device
3. Voice Note – Add a comment in your voice / language
4. Add Comments – Add a text comment
Share the drawing via EMAIL

User 2 – ARES Kudo:

Can open the drawing from EMAIL in ARES Kudo
Can do the required changes and save it back to cloud
Add / reply text comments

User 3 – ARES Commander:

Open the drawing from Cloud in ARES Commander
Do the required modification
Add / reply text comments
Share the drawing in “View-Only” link
Close the access of View Only Link when not required.

ARES Trinity Usability Features

+ Commenting in Drawing

User can add comments and may associate with entities

Feature details:

A panel appear in the drawing where user can add / reply comments.
Drawing comments: User can add general comments with drawing.
Entity comments: User can add entity comments with one or more entity.
New comment thread: N Number of comment threads can be added.
Other users can add more comments, reply comments.
Editing, deleting and resolving comment is also possible.

+ View Only Links: Button to generate a View-only link from ARES Commander, without going to ARES Kudo

List the drawing in the “Cloud Storage”
Right Mouse Button on the file will display “Sharing options…”
In “Sharing options” dialog box
User can Enable the sharing link
User can Copy the link and share.
User can Disable the link when required.

+ File Preview: User can see the preview of selected file in Cloud Storage Panel.

+ File Filters: User can use filters between “All files”, “My Files” and “Shared with me” in Cloud Storage Panel.

+ Right Mouse Button Options: We can user various options from RMB on the file name in Cloud Storage Panel – “Open”, “Download”, “Clone” and “Delete”.
